Return Policy

 

If you want to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Canceled Orders

 

If you would like to cancel or modify an order please contact us immediately and we will attempt to make the requested changes. However, please note that after an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that changes and/or cancellations can be accommodated. 

 

Shipping

 

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being received if ordered before the following cutoffs: 

Monday - Friday: 2pm EST

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

 

Standard shipping of Cube of Cubes shelf products is by UPS ground. (2-5 business days)

Standard shipping of wire hanger products is by USPS. (2-5 business days)
